| Fighting For Survival |

VitalOne coordinated a midnight emergency flight for an infant born with a rare condition called Subglottic Hemangioma, which seriously obstructed the baby’s airway. The infant was flown to Cincinnati Children’s Hospital with an intensive care team on board, consisting of a doctor, NICU nurse and a respiratory therapist. Immediately upon the baby’s arrival, a life-saving surgery was performed by Dr. Michael Rutter, a world renowned pediatric surgeon who is a leader in the diagnosis and treatment of airway abnormalities.

We respond immediately, by mobilizing all resources necessary to assist people in need. We arrange emergency medical transfers, search and rescue missions, and we help bring the deceased to a timely burial.
