NICU Transfer In Nick Of Time

VitalOne coordinated an emergency hospital transfer for a 5 week premature infant with intracranial hemorrhage - a condition in which there is bleeding in the brain that can lead to brain injury. The blood vessels in the baby’s brain burst, and surgical intervention of a highly skilled neurosurgeon was urgently needed to save his life.
A staff of neonatal intensive care professionals was flown with the infant to Cleveland clinic,where the baby is now recovering for the procedure.
